Washington State China Relations Fund
Our Mission
The Washington State China Relations Fund is dedicated to promoting educational and charitable programs, exchanges, and understanding between the State of Washington and China.
The WSCRF is a Washington nonprofit educational organization recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a sister entity of the Washington State China Relations Council (WSCRC), the oldest non-governmental organization advocating at the state level for increased trade connections with China, the WSCRF encourages mutually beneficial understanding and relations between Washington state, the United States, and China through high-quality, high-impact educational programs.
The WSCRF also provides a platform for dialogue, exchange, cooperation, and partnership among people, companies, and government agencies on both sides of the Pacific.
The WSCRF depends on support from American citizens, corporations, and other organizations to achieve its mission.
One relationship, complementary roles
The Fund advances educational and charitable work while the Council convenes the broader business and policy community. This section preserves the Fund’s public mission and program record within the Council website.
