The Washington State China Relations Fund works closely with its sister organization, the Washington State China Relations Council, to promote educational and charitable programs, exchanges, and understanding between the State of Washington and China.

Develop and support high-quality, high-impact educational programs that strengthen the Washington State–China relationship while fostering broader and deeper mutual understanding between the U.S. and China.
Convene and Connect
Provide an unparalleled platform for dialogue, exchange, cooperation, and partnership among people, companies, and government agencies on both sides of the Pacific.
Support and Collaborate
Work closely with the Washington State China Relations Council, the oldest non-governmental organization advocating at the state level for increased connections with China, to fulfill our shared missions.
