Please join us for an expert panel discussion featuring Joseph Williams, Director of Economic Development for the Information and Communication Technology Sector for Washington state, Dan Ikenson, director of the Cato Institute’s Herbert A. Stiefel Center for Trade Policy Studies, and Michelle Zou, founder and CEO at Pacific Technologies Consulting Group. The discussion will be moderated by Bill Plummer, Vice President, External Affairs for Huawei North America.
